Dear Cheryl,
Thank you so much for your kind comments and support of the blog. I hope that you will continue to read and send your thoughts!

I think that your question is very valid, and deserves an "author response": The Choir recently created a formal Blog policy. Contrary to some initial interpretation, choir members are not banned from keeping a personal blog. In light of Elder Ballard's recent address, I am hopeful the idea will receive increased support. However, any professional business or organization must have privacy and proprietary policies in place. As such, members should practice discretion. I respect and support this wholeheartedly. MormonSoprano will continue as a personal weblog journal which chronicles the spiritual journey of one Latter-day Saint woman who also happens to be a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. My objective is to maintain a corner of the World Wide Web that ennobles the LDS Young Women Motto:
"To stand as a witness of God at all times, and in all things, and in all places".

I have read all you entries since November. Good Job with those and the website! This last one is very well written and you have certainly shared the gospel. What a fun journey you are on. I am curious about the comment made earlier by one of the choir members that choir members cannot have blogs. Is that true? Will you now have to close this blog down? That would be sad. I hope not. As your Auntie, I am so proud of you for your wonderful talent in singing and so happy that you are in the "choir".
