If our concept of a living, embodied, literal Son of God is different from the Nicean concept of Christ, it’s easier to just say “Mormons aren’t Christians” than it is to think critically about the differences and make an informed decision.

I posted a Blog post on LDS.net discussing how important I felt the Atonement was and how much Christ has done for us through that act.

It is a little unbelievable that others do not think of the Mormon faith as Christians, especially since we honor His name in our very title, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is our Savior, Redeemer, Mediator, and our Advocate with the Father.

This was a great post reiterating that very fact.
